My long-running interest is the cybernetic structure of businesses. Most companies are run as org charts. They are actually control systems, with loops that have been assembled or broken by accident. The work below is what it looks like to take that seriously: event-driven business platforms, multi-agent orchestration, autonomous trading systems.
The direction I am pointed: businesses whose internal control loops are closed in software rather than in meetings.
